Dr. Brooks, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Florida, is an experienced physician specializing in breast, lung, and lymphoma cancers. A two-time recipient of excellence in patient care awards, he is dedicated to providing top-notch care and has trained at prestigious institutions such as MD Anderson Cancer Center and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Brooks contributes significantly to the scientific community with over 50 publications in leading medical journals and has presented society-endorsed guidelines for recurrent tumor treatment at major oncology meetings.
Joe Y. Chang

Dr. Artz is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Florida with a key role in clinical commissioning and operation of proton and photon therapies. Previously, he made significant contributions at the Provision Proton Therapy Center and the University of Tennessee, where he was instrumental in developing a CAMPEP residency program and a Master of Science degree program in Medical Physics. He has an academic pedigree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, having contributed to the development of superconducting cyclotrons and gantries for proton therapy.

Dr. Jeff Ryckman, MD, MSMP, is a pioneering Medical Physicist-turned-Doctor currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology at WVU Medicine Camden Clark Medical Center. With a track record of more than a decade across academia and clinical research, Dr. Ryckman brings an unparalleled depth of expertise to oncology and medical physics. As the Founder of, he has contributed to elevating the free educational resources available to professionals in the medical community. He also compiled the largest database of nearly 3,000 constraint metrics for all OARs and fractionation schemes, freely available through Rad Onc Calc, a collaboration with Matt Culbert.
